He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adrienne Noles and Patrick Noles; his sister Alice Noles; his grandparents, Patricia, Steve Noles, Diana and Mark Nelinson; his great-grandparent Emma Cafferata; his aunts and uncles, Ryan Noles, Christina, John Shuff, David Nelinson and Susannah Hills-Nelinson; and his cousins, Lydia, Teddy Noles, Johnnie, Sienna and Auggie Shuff.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Kriegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel (9450 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132).

Memorial contributions in Charlie's memory are preferred to Saint Louis Children's Hospital.
