He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Horwitz and Bernice Horwitz. He is survived by: his former wife Jane Cohn Horwitz; and his children, Aaron Horwitz, Zachary Horwitz of New York City, Rachel Nighelli (Domenic) of St. Louis and Zia Horwitz of New York City.
