He was predeceased by: his wife Reva Shank; and his sisters, Anita Rosenberg and Sylvia Rice. He is survived by: his children, Terri Shank (Stephen Harper), Gary (Diane) and Gayle Shank (Charles Gottlieb); and his grandchildren, Emily, Alyssa, Greg Shank, Brittany Beniak (Alexander) and Andrew Schatz.
