He was predeceased by: his wife Adrienne Sobelman; and his sisters, Sylvia Bremer (late Milton) and Barbara Bournstein (late Howard). He is survived by: his children, Mark Sobelman (Saundra), Steve Sobelman (Joy), David Sobelman (Sherry) and Ellen Sobelman Bancroft (Alan Snyder); his grandchildren, Lauren Sobelman, Scott Sobelman (Rebecca), Stacey Sobelman, Michael Sobelman (Vickey Brown), Andrew Gall (Carleigh), Jason Sobelman, Jessica Bancroft (Drew Kollmeyer) and John Bancroft; his great grandchildren, Cecilia, Alice, David and Dante; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Spitzer (late Sanford) and Elaine Lending (late Ronald).

A reception will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mark and Sandy Sobelman's Residence.
