He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon and Ruth; his siblings, Joseph Rosengarten (Marilyn), Norman Rosengarten and JoAnn Gershman; and his extended family Jerry Vesper.
He is survived by: his brother Joe; his wife Marlene Rosengarten; his son Mark Steven Seigel; his son-in-law Gary Alan Seigel (Corrine); his grandchildren, Jack, Eli, Molly, Ella and Abigail Seigel; his sisters, Helene Hall (Phil) and Vickie Moskowitz; and his extended family, Ilene Osherow and Linda.
Memorial contributions preferred to Congregation B'nai Amoona, Southeast Missouri State University, the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, and the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry.
