He is survived by: his children, Michael Liss (Suzie), Andrew Liss (Franklin Schlerman) and Nancy Pevnick (Edward); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Kimberly, David Pevnick and Amy Liss; his great grandchildren, Clementine, R'Leyeh, Collette, Kitty and Marci; his brother Eugene Liss (late Jacqueline); and his nephew Bryan Liss (Nancy).
