With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Felton Lockhart (Oran, Missouri), born in Clinton, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Harrison and Linnie Naomi Chew Lockhart; his son Brian Keith Lockhart; his wife Virginia Louise Griswell; his siblings, Betty McAnelly, Carl Lockhart, Welton Lockhart, Athlene Bogel, Geraldine Lewis, Montene Watkins and James Lockhart; and his niece Debbie Buell.
He is survived by: his son David Nathaniel Lockhart.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel (114 N Railroad St, Oran, MO 63771). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
