She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Willis-Harlow and Florence Willis-Harlow. She is survived by: her husband William Dobbs; her sons, William (Leah Dobbs) and Kevin (Cherie Dobbs); and her siblings, William Harlow of Myrtle Beach, SC, Gladys Green of Loveland, CO, Mary Harless of Oran, MO, Bonnie Harper of Cape Girardeau, MO and Kathy Harris of Cape Girardeau, MO. She is also survived by seven grand children and 4 great-grandchildren.
