She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Bacchus and Erna Boley Bacchus; her children, Larry Vick Phillips, James Rick Phillips, Rodney Lee Phillips and Pamela Melissa Pobst; and her siblings, Sonny, Charles Bacchus, Faye, Jean and Ellawie.
She is survived by: her husband Sherman "Vick" Phillips. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and twenty-nine great-great-grandchildren: also, by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Amick Burnett Funeral Chapel - Oran (114 Mountain St, Oran, MO 63771). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens (61 MO-77, Oran, MO 63771).
