She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lee Finney and Pauline Finney (Mobbs); her children, Duel Dewayne Flanigan Jr., Kim Chesteen and Cathy Flanigan; her brother Pete Finney (Millie); and her brother-in-law Jim Gregory.
She is survived by: her son Brian Flanigan (Christy) of Oran; and her siblings, Kurt Finney (Nancy) of Bell City, Mildred Gregory of Benton and Deb Hendrix (Don) of Jackson. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Oran (418 S Railroad St, Oran, MO 63771). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bernie City Cemetery (305 W Crumb Ave, Bernie, MO 63822).
