We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2025, at the age of 77, Mary Jane Hatley of Oran, Missouri, born in Sikeston, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, R. M. Smith and Alfreda Stacy (Wood); and her husband Michael "Mike" Hatley. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacey Brawner (Ronnie) of Oran and Robin Chism of Sikeston, Missouri; her granddaughters, Kristin Schuchart, Sherina Sharp and Harley Thomas; her great grandchildren, Madelyn Schuchart, Evan Schuchart, Olivia Schuchart, Landon, Emily, Gabby Hargrove, Evie Thomas and Micah Gean Thomas; and her sister Joyce Nevol of Nacogdoches, Texas. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel (114 N Railroad St, Oran, MO 63771). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
