We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2024, at the age of 61, Scott Michael Pobst of Oran, Missouri, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, A. J. Pobst and Orilla Amanda Pobst (Scheeter). He is survived by : his children, Mason Pobst of Sunrise Beach, Missouri and Mallory Pobst of Oran; his siblings, Rick Pobst (Vera) of Oran and Linda Rhodes (Mark) of Murphysboro, Illinois; his niece Markie Gott; and his nephew Jarod Pobst (Steve Mayo).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel - Oran Tuesday (114 Mountain St, Oran, MO 63771). A prayer was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Guardian Angel Catholic Church (604 Church St, Oran, MO 63771). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at the Guardian Angel Cemetery.
