He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmer and Opal Irene Meyer (Kuhn); his siblings, Bill, Donald Bruce, Ronnie, Robert, Nancy Buckles and Linda Neiderhouse; and his siblings-in-law, Merrill Buckles, Gary Richner, Jerry Meyer and Mary Terhune.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie; his daughters, Alesia Scroggins (Ryan) and Marsha Foster (Brad); his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Alita Meyer; his sisters, Betty Richner and Janet Blazer; his siblings-in-law, Martha Meyer, Bernadine Meyer, Carolyn Meyer, Gerald Terhune, Leah, Kent Kurtz, French, Kelly Harris, Diane and Terry Silvey; his grandchildren, Jakob, Alaina Scroggins, Dani Foster (Jason McMinn), Eddie Foster (Kelsey) and Izzy Foster; and his great grandchildren, Langston, Liam and Remi Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
