He is survived by: his wife Wanda Warden; his children, Donna Emond of Charlemont, MA, Kim Blanchard of Charlemont, MA, Mary Sipes of Savannah, MO, Daniel Kingsbury of Mound City, MO and William "Bill" Kingsbury, Jr. of Laguna Woods, CA; his stepchildren, Leonard Graves, Jr. of American Falls, ID, Leean Keeler of Oregon, MO and Leland Graves of Malta Bend, MO; and his sister Rae Capen of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
