He is survived by: his parents, John West and Debra West (Settles) of Oronogo, Missouri; his sister Jessica Neff (Chris) of Joplin, Missouri; his niece Lily Neff; his aunts, Cindy Settles of Carterville and Vickie Gummert of Marshall Town, Iowa; and his uncle Bruce Settles of Columbus, Indiana.
