She was predeceased by: her father Duncan Scott McGregor Sr.; and her friend George O'Dell. She is survived by: her mother Margaret "Peggy" Sue McGregor (Lana) of Orrick; her brother Duncan McGregor Jr. (Laura) of Orrick; her nieces and nephews, Andrew Stockton of Kansas City, MO, Trey McGregor (Rebbecca) of Richmond, MO, Nathan McGregor (Sammie) of Orrick, Amanda Martin (Bryce) of Gladstone, MO and Rainna Stockton of Kansas City; her great-nieces, Pauline and Hollyann McGregor of Orrick; and her sister Sherry Furey.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the First Baptist Church of Orrick (301 Adams St, Orrick, MO 64077). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
