He is survived by : his partner Delorise Bush of Richmond; his siblings, Don Pettus of Lee's Summit and Judith Hunt (Roger) of Leawood, KS; his nephews, Craig A. Pettus (Bea) of Orrick and Greg Hunt of Prairie Village, KS; and his niece Kelly Miller (Joseph) of Lenexa, KS.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Todd's Chapel Church or the donor's choice.
