With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elton Mansell (Orrick, Missouri), who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Elton may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Mansell and Rosemary Mansell (Stanton); his nephew Justyn; and his brother-in-law Curtis Ross. He is survived by: his sisters, Marcia Cull, Michelle Ross and Kristen Mansell. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gowing Funeral Home (202 Adams St, Orrick, MO 64077). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Southpoint Cemetery.
