He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Campbell and Jessie Campbell (Foster); his brother Jerry Campbell; and his cousin Col. Don Rettberg. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen Campbell (Hall); his son Eric Dale Campbell (Olga) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his brother R. Joe Campbell (Mary Clayton); and his cousin Lois Rettberg Warrington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
