He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Kierna Mae Casey (Minor). He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Garrett Casey (Jocelynne) of Kearney, MO, Kayla Cummings (Nathan) of Blue Springs, MO, Lauren Walkup (Matt) of Berryton, KS and Jennifer Thompson (Nate) of Springfield, MO; his sisters, Teri Casey of Independence, MO and Kellie Keaton (Derrick) of Independence, MO; and his grandchildren, Adam Casey, Jack Casey, Josie Walkup, Jonah Walkup and Eva Thompson.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gowing Funeral Home (202 Adams St, Orrick, MO 64077). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

He was a great guy, always helpful and kind. He helped me out when I was preparing for a denture class to get my certification. He went above an beyond to be helpful.
