He is survived by: his mother Marie Dennis (Hurtado) of Greeley, CO; his wife Melissa Gowing-Monarez (Gowing); his sons, Connor Monarez of Lawrence, KS and Kendall Kelley of Kansas City, KS; and his siblings, Larry Gallardo of Wichita, KS, Ralph Dennis (Kristen) of Greeley, CO and Angel Monares of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Gowing Funeral Home (202 Adams St, Orrick, MO 64077). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to the Church of the Resurrection for volunteer service initiatives.
