Benny leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Benny’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Benny will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Thomas and Alma Thomas; his brother Gene Thomas; and his cousin Charles Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Thomas; his daughter Dr. Amanda Kingston (Jordan Kingston) of Philadelphia; and his grandchildren, Theodore and Claire Kingston. He is also survived by friends, colleagues, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, a cause that was especially close to Benny's heart and reflected his lifelong commitment to helping children and serving others.
