She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard R. Allen and Clella Allen (Rippy); her husband Clark Starnes (Warren Knight); her children, Judy Oglesbee, Pamela O'Neal and Ronny Starnes; and her siblings, Pat Fife and Stanley Allen.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Sowers; her grandchildren, Candy Cowherd, Cindy Ross (Rick), Cathy Evans, Stephanie Hayes (Anna Wright), Mitch Sowers, Holly Hulett (Jason) and Wendy Sowers; and her sons-in-law, Jim Oglesbee and Gary O'Neal. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
