He is survived by : his wife Sandra Bench; his children, Marcus Bench of Lake Ozark, Missouri, Dana Bench-Murray of Lake Ozark and Melissa Bench of Lake Ozark, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Daniel and Rachel.
