Lackhouse (Dan); his sister Charlene Ruta; his grandchildren, Brannon Hall (Teresa), Brianna, Micheal, Bonnie, Aubrie, Austin and Audrey; and his great grandchildren, Dustin, Camrie, Daran, Taegan, Nora and Arya.

A memorial has been established to the Alzheimer's Association and may be made through the funeral home.
