She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry C. Ita and Clareta E. Ita (Peck); and her siblings, Linda Mae Ita and Wendell Jacob Ita. She is survived by : her husband Harold L. Sandy (Vern) of Osage Beach; her children, Michael, Lori Sandy (Borgmeyer), Dale and Sarah Sandy (Bowman); her grandchildren, Megan (Sandy), Kyle Dobiecki, Michaella (Sandy), Matthew Stross, Benjamin, Kelsey Sandy, Madeline Sandy and Caleb Sandy; and her great grandchildren, Elliott Rose Dobiecki and Parker Claire Sandy.
