We announce the death of Ronald Theodore Schmitt of Osage Beach, Missouri, who passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 88. Ronald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Ronald will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Ronald’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara and Theodore; his sister Joan; and his son Dean. He is survived by: his wife Darline; and his children, Jacquetta, Stevan, Stephanie, Christian and Ronda. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Osage Beach Senior Center.
