He was predeceased by : his father Ted C. Leslie, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Jeanelle Leslie; his sisters, Candice Leslie and Tori Ketcherside (Mark); his grandchildren, Domanick Leslie and Mackenzie Leslie; his nephew Scott Ketcherside; his niece Miranda Ketcherside; and his aunt Barb.

Memorial donations are preferred to Dogwood Animal Shelter, 1075 Runabout Drive, Osage Beach, MO 65065, in honor of Teddye.
