She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleatus Van and Elsie Lee Burnine (Swafford); and her siblings, Harold Henry "Hank" Burnine, Robert Wayne Burnine, Sherivan McGill and Bonnie Leach.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Mais (Donnie) of Higginsville, MO; her daughters, Dawn Maring (Greg) of Gravois Mills, MO and Paige Wheeler (Gary) of Lee's Summit, MO; her grandchildren, Austin Maring (Daniela), Katelyn Nuckolls (Justin), Lauden Wheeler (Mikala) and Blaine Wheeler (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Harrison, Sophia Maring (Austin), Jade, Blair Nuckolls (Katelyn) and Kash Wheeler (Lauden); her brother Cleatus Burnine of Richmond, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Leach of Hardin, MO and Mary Jo Burnine of Blue Springs, MO. She is also survived by nephew, many nieces; great nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Compassus Hospice.
