As Edward departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Edward may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Edward leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Deardorff and Agnes Deardorff. He is survived by: his children, Ed Jr. Deardorff (Evelyn) of Humansville, Holly Cooper of Kansas City, Mark Deardorff (Shelly) of Garden City and Rob Deardorff (Becky) of Archie; his wife Betty Jean Payne; and his sister Elaine. He is also survived by many family members, and even more friends.
