He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Lawson (Benigar); his grandparents, John, Blanche Binegar, Cliff and Savilla Sullivan of Sullivan's Capital Garage; his father J. R. Benigar (J. R.); his aunts, Helen Wingfield (Benigar) and Aleene Gilkey; and his uncle Sandford Benigar.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Gregory Benigar, Danielle Brophy (Cory) and Anna Benigar; his granddaughters, Judith, JoeAnna and Juniper Brophy; and his sister Ginger Pritchett (Kermit). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
