He is survived by: his mother Lena Fern Phillips (Anders); his wife Denise Colleen Walker; his children, Brian Phillips, Dylan MacKay and Taylor MacKay (Jacob Small); his grandsons, Riley Phillips and Murilo Costa; and his nephews, Jacob Campbell (Tiffany) and Daniel Campbell (Kelly).
