He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Smith; and his children, Kevin, Gregory, Todd Reynolds of Springfield, MO, Tammy Milburn of Bolivar, MO, Shelly Maphies of Jerico Springs and Sheila Reynolds of Jerico Springs. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
