She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Kirchhoff and Emma Kirchhoff; and her siblings, Verna Mae Bredehoft, Harold, Norbert, Delmar and Merle Kirchhoff.
She is survived by: her husband John Wesley Shinn; her children, Jeremy Shinn, Kenny Lee Ward (Allison) and Jenny Shinn (Steve McLaughlin); and her grandchildren, Makenzie, Melissa Shinn and Aengus McLaughlin.
