He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bennett and Golda Opal Edwards (Howard); his son Buddy Joe Edwards; and his siblings, Dee, Howard Lee, JoAnn, Jane, Mary Ruth, Imogene and Juanita.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Hagedorn (Owens); his son Keith Edwards (Rebecca) of Portland, MO; and his stepsons, Travis Hagedorn (Shannon) and Tony Hagedorn (Audrey) of Sedalia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
