He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean O. Philbrook; his parents, Wanda Philbrook and Charles Philbrook Sr.; and his daughter Tammie Lynch. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Tackitt (Denise), Danny Tackett, Sherrie Romans (Jim), Marvin Lynch (Tina), Kimberly Kell (William), Renee Lynch and Rhonda Cruse; and his siblings, Janet Hadley, Linda Claus (Jim), Allen Philbrook and Brad Philbrook (Sandy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-Grandchildren, 14 nieces and nephews, 1 great niece and 1 great -great niece.
