Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Cynthia leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Neal and Mary Lee Stahlnecker; and her stepfather Doran Stahlnecker. She is survived by: her sister Debra A. Hill; her stepbrother Gregory S. Stahlnecker; her husband Richard "Rick" Sanden; and her children, Delaina and Faye Sanden. She is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Wyuka Cemetery (3600 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to either Charlotte Street, a Kansas City-local charity or The Burkholder Project, a Lincoln-local charity.
