She is survived by: her mother June Carol Dorn (Warburton); her close friend Aristotle John Kumpis; her daughters, Nichole Isgrigg, Rachel Auchly and Courtney Fowler; her grandchildren, Olivia, Katelynn, Evelyn, Gage and Maverick Auchly; and her brother James Dorn. She is also survived by extended family members, coworkers, neighbors, and dear friends.
