He is survived by: his significant other Patricia; his sons, Kenny, Kevin, Richard and Jerry; and his grandchildren, Sean Phillip, Kevin Michael, Jeremy, Matthew, Rachel, CiCi and Kyle. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
