He is survived by: his wife Leola Marilyn Besancenez; his children, Robert "Rusty" Besancenez (Christie), Roger Besancenez (Dana) and Susan O'Day (Ed); his grandchildren, Sophie, Mason, Cecilia, Chance Besancenez, Emily Foshiem (Nick), Grace Berthold (Adam), Jennifer Wilson (Sean), Greg (Michelle) and Cassandra O'Day; his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Ben, Elliott, Simon, Landon, Jaysa and Grace; and his siblings, Doris Terbrock (late Lloyd), William Besancenez, Sr. (Fran) and Suzanne C. P. P..
