It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Young King Sr. of Owensville, Missouri, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Faith Katherine King (Shirley); and his siblings, Johnny, Robert, Jimmy, Linda and Donna.
He is survived by: his close friend Sara Lynch of Union; his former wife Rita King of Hannibal; his children, Samantha King-Lee (Cody) of Ballwin, Danielle Butcher (Travis) of Cedar Rapids and David King Jr. of Maplewood; and his grandchildren, Cherish, Sydni, Rose, Adam and Zaira.
