He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Maurice Bate of Billings, Mont, Krystal Martin (Mike) of Vichy, Genevieve Martin (Bob) of Bland, Ericka Downing (Chad) of Bourbon, Rachel Brockmeier of Cuba and Sarah Hamilton (John) of St. Louis; and his sisters, Patricia Hale of Owensville, Teresa Green (Mark) of Transylvania and Michelle Hohl of Ark. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
