He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell "G. W." Curtman and Virginia Curtman (Kleffner); his parents-in-law, Lena (Berger) and Francis Skornia; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanie Mofield (Skornia) and Cathy Skornia.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Jane Curtman-Schroeder (Matthew) of Washington; his grandchildren, Rachel Portuondo (Nico) of Washington and Claire Schroeder of Washington; his great grandchildren, Alejandro and Mateo Portuondo; his brother Wendell Curtman (Betty) of Owensville; and his brother-in-law Charles Skornia (Charlotte) of Jefferson City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Franklin County Humane Society in Union, MO; please note "In memory of George Curtman, DVM.".
