He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bastunas and Elizabeth Bastunas (Hubbard); and his siblings, Billy Bastunas and Judy Bastunas. He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Bastunas (Heather) and Matthew Bastunas; his grandchildren, Avery, Brynlee, Caileigh, Dillon and Charlotte; and his siblings, Michael, Steven Bastunas (Sara Woodland), Jane Sellers (John) and Jo Ann Reuther (Douglas).
