She was predeceased by : her parents, Omar Spurgeon and Gertrude Spurgeon; her husband Ervin Hendrickson; her siblings, Francis Sutter (Charles), Jim Spurgeon, Gene Spurgeon and Don Spurgeon (Nancy); and her siblings-in-law, Eldro Hendrickson (Irene) and Celesta Spurgeon (Granville).

She is survived by : her daughter Joy Brandenburger (Ray Brandenburger) of Owensville, Missouri; her granddaughter Tracy Brandenburger Miller (Joe Miller) of Owensville, Missouri; her sister-in-law Betty Spurgeon of Cuba, Missouri; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy Durham (Greg), Tina Ely (Ben Hunter), Donnie Spurgeon, Rhonda Grant, Rick Spurgeon, Debbie Grob (Dennis), William Sutter (Sarah), Carl Hendrickson (Janet), Larry Hendrickson (Joyce), Catherine Mistler, Marie Horstmann (Albert), Eva Lee West (Gary) and Arlene Luecke. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
