She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert A. Kottwitz and Elizabeth Johanna Kottwitz (Huebner); her husband Harry; and her siblings, Wilma Jose, Frances Jost, Marvin, Irvin, Vernon, Everett and Chester Kottwitz.

She is survived by: her children, Desiree Hale (Darrell) of Jefferson City and Shawn Wehmeyer (Gary) of Owensville; and her grandchildren, Trent Sellers of Owensville, Nicole Baker (Sam) of Jefferson City, Ryan Sellers of Owensville, Danielle Steinbeck, Brent Maness of Jefferson City, Megan Branson (Danny) of Owensville, Tucker Hale (Jessie) of Jefferson City, Shannon Short (Bryan) of Union and Amanda Hackstedt (Brad) of Gerald. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren.
