He was predeceased by: his father Daniel R. Haddox; and his brother Tyler Christie. He is survived by: his mother Lora L. Butler; and his siblings, Dakota Brooks of Sullivan, Seth Wideman of St. Louis, Andrew Wideman of St. Louis, Randy Herberger of Belle, Tucker Christie of Owensville, Kammy Evans Christie of Gerald and Sueann Pearson of St. Louis.
