He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Batchelor and Bonnie Batchelor (Burk); his former wife Nina Hammons Batchelor; his daughter Annette Zahn; and his siblings, Kenneth, Donald and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Philliber; his children, Don Batchelor (Pat) and Barbara Richardson; his stepchildren, Amy Byerley (Brian) of Berryville and Chris Reynolds of Springfield; and his siblings, Bill Batchelor (Charlie) of Amarillo, Eddie Batchelor (Teri) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Vickie Lamb (Fred) of Grand Junction, Sharon Cheskaty (Jack) of Grand Junction and Bonnie Gayle Batchelor of Craig, Colorado. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
