She was predeceased by: her parents, Wheeler Moore and Fayma Moore. She is survived by: her brother Benny; her spouse Claude Higbee; her children, Mike Higbee (Kathy) of Republic, Debbie Cummins (Alvin) of Ozark and Sandy Dowler (Jim) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Rob Richter (Suzanne), Shawn McCroskey (Janna), Todd Richter (Brandy), Melissa Reiber (David) and Asley Jones (Zach); and her former husband Richard Clark. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Ozark (1400 W Jackson St, Ozark, MO 65721).
