She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clay and Jane Kirk Crume; and her brothers, Bill, Bob and Jim.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Gene Wells; her daughter Leah Suzanne (Jason); her grandchildren, Bailey, Troy, Ganon and Logan; her sister Sue Vogt (Fred); her siblings-in-law, Debbie Crume, Jerry Wells (Judy) and Jan Towe (Rod); and her caregiver Rachel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
